We quickly realized that letting them use their knowledge and tools to do more inside work than intended was going to speed up the move in process vs. us completing it in our spare time.   • “We had several renovation projects after moving into a "new" house built in 1813. The largest project was repairing several walls in the house for cracks and bad paint jobs where the walls were like alligator skin. We also had other tasks from re-caulking the tub to removing wainscoting to securing a mantle place to the wall. There was also some outside work with repairing the chimney flashing and rotten wood repairs.”
    Overall, very well. They showed up on time and often had to work under some adverse conditions – such as oppressively hot & humid days in areas with little air circulation and lots of dust. They cleaned up after themselves – don’t get me wrong, there was still a lot of dust and dirt left, but with several renos in our past, they did very well.
